I just found a live cockroach inside my food. I almost throw up. I have to trash that food. I can not believe it. This never happens to me before.

Pizza was meh. Angelo's across the street better, but more expensive. Gyro meat was a bit dry.

I love this place so friendly and nice to everybody I always get the antipasto and he always gives a lot for the money and food is very good

No pick up or dine in but good food.

Did you call and speak to Dino? He would have done right by you if you called and spoke to him. Idk why you are saying poor management, because it's the owner and his family that are there, no other employees. And I have known Dino for about 20 years and I have been going to his place since he opened and have never had a problem but just one time and I called and he made it up to me.
